Entry Details:
Events for the 2008 Cable Ski World Championships are slalom, trick and jump. Athletes wishing to enter are required to register through their federation. The entry fee will be £150 (approx €200) per skier (1, 2 or 3 events). This will include the lunch for competitors on competition days, skier welcome pack, airport transportation from Heathrow Airport, daily transport to site from official hotel and the banquet on Saturday evening for skiers and team captains. Average daily temperature is 15 C (60 F). London's weather can be very changeable from day to day, so bring a change of clothes for all seasons!
Accommodation
There will be an official Hotel arranged, details will be published in Bulletin 1.
Airport:
London Heathrow Airport is the recommended airport, situated approx 10-20 minutes from Princes Club, depending on traffic conditions.
Parking on site:
If you are using a hire vehicle, there are car parking facilities on site.
N.B. -In England, we drive on the left hand side of the road so if you're familiar with driving on the right have FUN, be careful and look to your right first!
Equipment storage:
There will be storage facilities on site for all athletes. Athletes are welcome to use this facility from Monday through Sunday. Princes Club and the IWSF World Cable Ski Championships does not take any responsibility for equipment left on site.
